1. Acceptance of the General Terms of Use

 

These General Terms of Use / Conditions Générales d’Utilisation « GTU / CGU » set forth the terms and conditions governing your use of and access to the VoOctet website (the «www.vooctet.fr»). By accessing and browsing the Site or using and/or downloading any content from it, you fully accept the GTU / CGU as defined below.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the GTU / CGU  will be governed by French law. The courts of Paris, France, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
